Terms of service.

These terms are the agreement between you and ESEPI LLC for use of this website. If you use the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ESEPI LLC is ESEPI LLC, 412 N Main St, Ste 100, Buffalo, Wyoming 82834. The site is a line card and an allocation desk for an electronics wholesaler. It is not a store.

You may read the line card, the warehouses, the company pages, and these terms. You may stage lines and send an allocation request. You may not use the site to break the law, to interfere with the desk, or to pretend a request is an order we have already accepted.

The line card describes families, packs, and a status. A status is not a promise that the goods will be yours. On hand, inbound, allocated, and hold mean what the card says they mean. Hold is not offered.

Sending the desk form asks the company to consider a release. It does not buy anything. It does not reserve goods, it does not set a price, and it does not create a contract.

A contract exists only when ESEPI confirms the allocation in writing, including the lines, the quantity, the pack, and the terms. Until then, either side may stop. The reference number is a receipt that the request was received. It is not an acceptance.

You are responsible for what you submit. The company, the name, the work email, and the note must be true. Do not send a request for someone else unless you are allowed to.

The desk list is private. The key is for people the company has given it to. You may not share it, guess at it, or use a reference you are not entitled to see.

A request you can see there is a company record. You may not copy it for a purpose other than the allocation it belongs to.

The ESEPI name, the mark, the text, the photographs, and the films on this site belong to ESEPI LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy them for your own trade. You may link to a public page.

Product names, including Samsung, are the names of goods a buyer may ask about. They are not a claim that ESEPI is that manufacturer.

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that a line will still be available when you ask, or that a description is free of error. A release is governed by the writing that confirms it, not by a page on this site.

To the extent the law allows, ESEPI LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost goods, or any indirect damage arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the site are brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to those courts.

If a court holds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date below changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after that date means you agree to the new version. A request already received is handled under the terms in effect when it was sent.
