Build schedules that need a named pack and a lead that is allowed to be honest.
ESEPI LLC
ESEPI LLC is an electronics wholesaler. The work is allocation: receiving documented goods, keeping their identity intact, and releasing them to companies that build with them.
We are not a storefront, a marketplace stall, or a place to anonymous-bid a reel. The company is accountable for the units that leave under the mark — how they were handled, which bay they sat in, and which crate they were sealed inside.
The line card covers semiconductors, passives, memory, embedded boards, power, networking, displays and imaging, interconnect, and Samsung Android handsets in US and international lines. Each family is published as specific lines, and each line names its pack. If a pack is not listed, it is not what we are offering.
The principal office is 412 N Main St, Ste 100, Buffalo, Wyoming 82834. Organized in Wyoming, 31 October 2016. Write the desk at desk@esepillc.com. The other offices are listed with the people who hold them.

Every line we release has a lot and a date code written down before it is offered.
Moisture-barrier bags stay sealed. ESD trays stay trays. A broken pack is described as broken.
If the paperwork and the goods disagree, the goods go to Bonded Hold. They are not renamed into inventory.
Outbound crates and master cartons carry the ESEPI mark only after the recount matches the release.
On hand, inbound, allocated, and hold are different words. We do not use one of them to mean another.
Build schedules that need a named pack and a lead that is allowed to be honest.
Kitted lines and repeat allocations, not a scavenger hunt across open markets.
Controlled replacements with the same identity rules as a new build.
Boards, power, displays, and harnesses that have to arrive as a set.
Walk-in retail and one-piece consumer orders are outside the desk. Minimums live on the line card because a wholesaler that pretends otherwise starts breaking packs.
