ELECTRONICS WHOLESALER · UNITED STATES
Every electronic. Accounted for.
ESEPI LLC stocks, kits, and ships components and finished electronics. A line leaves only when the lot, the date code, and the crate agree.

FILM
The company, then the wholesale.
THE DESK
A wholesaler, not a shop window.
ESEPI is responsible for every electronic that ships under its mark. That means the reel, the tray, the master carton, and the export crate — identity first, then movement.
Buyers here are OEMs, contract manufacturers, repair depots, and integrators. There is no consumer checkout. A request becomes an allocation. An allocation becomes a marked crate.
“A shortage is rarely a mystery of demand. It is a failure of identity.”Joseph James, Chief Executive Officer
LINE CARD
Families, then the lines beneath them.

Semiconductors
Controllers, power management, and interface silicon. Reel, tray, or sealed bag — never a loose lot.
03 LINES

Passives
The volume that keeps a line from stopping. Capacitance, resistance, and magnetics, by the reel.
03 LINES

Memory and storage
Modules, industrial flash, and sealed NAND. Packed as the manufacturer sealed it.
03 LINES

Boards and embedded
Modules and single-board computers for teams building a product, not a prototype drawer.
02 LINES

Power
Open-frame, DIN, and board-mount conversion. Heavy pieces leave in crates, not loose on a pallet.
03 LINES

Networking
Access hardware and optics for builds that cannot wait on a storefront backorder.
03 LINES

Displays and imaging
Commercial panels, imaging modules, and touch stacks. The crate is part of the product.
03 LINES

Interconnect
Board-to-board, industrial circular, and the harnesses that join a build together.
03 LINES

Android handsets
Samsung, sealed in the manufacturer carton. United States and international are different lines. Not every model.
06 LINES
OUTBOUND
The crate wears the mark, or it does not leave.
Big boxes, export crates, master cartons. The face is blank until release, then it carries ESEPI LLC. If we cannot stand behind the contents, the mark stays off.

RELEASE
Four steps. None of them optional.
01
Receive
Inbound is counted against the paperwork before it is put away. A short count stops the putaway.
02
Identify
Lot, date code, moisture state, and pack are written down. What cannot be identified goes to Bonded Hold.
03
Allocate
A buyer is offered a quantity we can release. On hand means here. Inbound is not a promise. Hold is not for sale.
04
Crate
The outbound box is built square and marked. If the ESEPI mark is on the face, the company owns what is inside.
FLOOR
Four bays. One standard.

BAY N
North
High velocity
The short aisle. Small packs move here, with the same lot identity the bulk floor uses.

BAY C
Central
Bulk and crated OEM
Where the heavy stock lives. If it needs a pallet, it is staged in Central.

BAY W
West
Displays, imaging, harnesses
Large faces and finished kits. Crates are built here so the mark sits square on the side.

HOLD
Bonded Hold
Unreleased
Nothing in Hold is offered. It stays unmixed until it is cleared or it goes back.
