PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy policy.

The legal notice of what this website collects, why, and what it does not do. Effective 25 October 2026.

01

This notice

This is the privacy policy of ESEPI LLC for this website. It describes the personal information the site collects, why it is collected, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how to ask about it. It is a legal notice. It is not a marketing page.

The site is a line card and an allocation desk for an electronics wholesaler. It is not a store. It does not take payment, it does not run a checkout, and it does not follow you with advertising.

By using the site, you acknowledge this notice. If you send an allocation request, the information in that request is collected under this notice. The terms of service are a separate document and govern use of the site.

This notice was posted on 25 October 2026. If we change it, we will post the new notice on this page and change the date. We will follow this notice. A practice that is not described here is not a practice of this site.

02

Information we collect

The types of information this site collects are these. Identity and contact details you type into the allocation form: company name, your name, and your work email. Commercial details of the request: what you build if you give it, the note, and the lines you staged, including the family, the line name, the pack, and the quantity. A reference we assign when the form is received, such as ESEPI-4821. Technical details of the submission: the time it arrived and the network address, so the desk can tell one request from another and can limit repeated submissions.

We do not collect a payment card number, a bank account number, a card security code, or a billing address. There is no checkout on this site. We do not ask for a government identification number or a password for you.

If you only read the site, we do not ask you to create an account. Lines you stage before you submit stay in this browser. Light or dark mode, and any accessibility choices you turn on, stay in this browser. Those choices are not a profile and are not tied to your name unless you later send a request from the same browser.

We do not buy personal information. We do not receive it from advertising networks, payment services, or manufacturers. We do not place analytics beacons or social-media pixels on this site. Product names on the line card, including Samsung, describe goods. They are not a claim that we received your information from that manufacturer.

03

How we use it

We use a request to decide whether to offer an allocation, to reply to the company named in the form, to keep a reference the desk can find later, and to keep a record of what was asked. We use the network address to limit abuse of the form. We use the desk cookie only to keep the private list open for someone who has the key.

We do not use this information to advertise to you, to build a score about you, or to decide credit. A status on the line card is a statement about goods, not a statement about you.

If the law requires us to keep or produce a record, we may use the record for that purpose. If we have to investigate misuse of the desk, we may use the record for that purpose.

05

Whether we share it

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not rent lists. We do not give it to a payment company, because this site does not take a payment.

We do share a request, only this far. People the company allows onto the desk list can read it, and so can a person inside the company who must see it to answer the request, such as someone preparing a written release. The host that serves this website stores the record for us so the desk can read it. That host does not receive the record as a product to sell.

The reference is shown to you once on the screen. It is not emailed by this website. There is no public page where a visitor can look up someone else’s request. This website does not collect a ship-to address. If a release later moves goods, the carrier and the written release are outside this notice.

We may disclose a record if the law requires it, if a court or a government authority with power over the company compels it, if you violate the terms of service, or if disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of ESEPI LLC, its people, or others.

06

Amazon compliance

This section is how the site meets the privacy notice Amazon Pay requires of a merchant. There is no Amazon Pay button and no card field. Amazon does not receive a card number, a billing address, or a shipping address from this website.

What is collected is stated in Information we collect: company, name, work email, the note, the staged lines, the reference, the time, and the network address. A payment card number is not collected.

How it is used is stated in How we use it: to consider an allocation, to reply, and to keep the reference. It is not used for advertising.

Whether it is shared is stated in Whether we share it. It is not sold. It is not given to Amazon. The desk and the host that stores the record can see it. A court or a legal duty can require a disclosure.

Children are covered in Children. No part of the site is directed at a child under 13, and information collected from a child will be deleted. That is the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act point.

Marketing opt-out is in Marketing, and how to stop it. We do not send marketing. A message you do not want stops when you write desk@esepillc.com with the word “stop.”

07

Shopify compliance

This section is how the site meets the privacy notice Shopify requires of a store. This website is not a Shopify checkout. Shopify does not host an order, and Shopify does not receive a card number from this site.

What is collected, how it is used, and whether it is shared are the same three sections named above. Consent, and how to take it back, says that sending the form is consent, and that you may withdraw it by writing desk@esepillc.com. How we protect it, How long we keep it, and Contact are on this page.

Shopify’s card rule is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard: card data, if any, is handled by the payment gateway and is not left in the clear on the store. This site has no card field, so there is no card data to store and none to send to a gateway. If a written allocation later takes payment somewhere else, that payment is not this website, and the notice of whoever takes the payment governs the card.

We do not sell personal information, and there is a way to opt out of any message, as stated in Marketing, and how to stop it. The business name, street address, and privacy email are in Who is responsible and in Contact.

08

Who is responsible

The business responsible for this site is ESEPI LLC, 412 N Main St, Ste 100, Buffalo, Wyoming 82834. ESEPI LLC was organized in wyoming, 31 october 2016.

Privacy questions go to desk@esepillc.com. General questions go to support@esepillc.com. A letter to an @esepillc.com address is sent by your own mail program. It is not the same thing as a desk request, and it does not by itself create a reference number.

The officers of the company are named on the Leadership page. This notice does not appoint a separate data-protection officer. There is no account manager assigned by the website.

10

How long we keep it

An allocation request is kept so the reference can be found and so the company has a record of what was asked. We keep it for as long as the request is open, and afterward for as long as we need it for the allocation, for a dispute, or for a legal duty to keep business records. We do not keep it for advertising.

The desk cookie expires in twelve hours or when you press Lock. Staged lines and display choices remain on your device until you clear them. Server logs of a submission, including the network address, are kept with the request.

11

How we protect it

The desk list is not on the open web. It opens with a key the company gives out, and the cookie that keeps it open is signed and is not readable by page scripts. A request reference is not a password and should not be published.

No website can promise that storage is immune to misuse. You should send a work email you are allowed to use, and you should not put a card number or a government identification number in the note. If you believe a record was exposed, write to desk@esepillc.com.

12

Marketing, and how to stop it

We do not send marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you opened the site or because you sent a request. A reply about the allocation you asked for is not marketing.

If you ever receive a message from us that you do not want, you may opt out. Write to desk@esepillc.com from the address the message concerns, with the word “stop,” and the reference if you have it. We will stop. You may also ask support@esepillc.com. There is no sale of personal information to opt out of, because we do not sell it.

13

Children

No part of this site is directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. That is how this site meets the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. By sending an allocation request you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that you are allowed to write for the company you name. If you believe we have collected information from a child, write to desk@esepillc.com and we will delete it.

14

Asking about your information

You may ask what the desk holds under your name or under a reference, ask for a correction if a request was wrong, or ask us to delete a request we no longer need. Write to desk@esepillc.com. Include the reference if you have it, and the company name and work email used on the form, so we can tell the record from someone else’s.

We may refuse a request that we cannot verify, that would expose another company’s allocation, or that the law requires us to keep. If a state or federal privacy law applies to you and to this company, we will honor the rights that law actually gives you. This notice does not add rights the law does not give, and it does not waive any right the law does not allow us to waive.

Contact

Privacy requests: desk@esepillc.com. ESEPI LLC, 412 N Main St, Ste 100, Buffalo, Wyoming 82834.

The terms of service are posted separately. Questions about an allocation, as opposed to a privacy request, may also go to support@esepillc.com.
